Paulette Landers: The images on this blog reflect my recent works in textile collage, and works on paper. I approach my work as experiments, each work building on the previous ones. It is a process of evolution and discovery. I work in an abstract style because it allows me to give form to the intangibility of ideas or dreams. I love creating the many layers in this medium, and excavating them to reveal bits of color. My aim is to give texture, movement, and balance to my work.
